Our goal is to build strong teams that, in turn, build strong communities. Join our growing team today! We have an excellent opportunity for a Shop Manager at our location in Casper, Wyoming! The Shop Manager will coordinate activities of personnel engaged in repair and service of off Hwy equipment, crushing equipment, generators and trucks. - Review requests for repair, help determine problems and recommend solutions. - Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance and review progress of all assignments. - Communicate with the Equipment Manager daily. - Complete all paperwork that may be necessary. - Manage repair projects internally and with outside vendors. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. - Other duties assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications: - Five plus years of heavy-duty equipment experience with knowledge of trucks, generators and crushing equipment. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Previous supervisory skills. - Strong verbal, written and computer skills needed. - Must be very reliable, able to work well under pressure and can organize and prioritize work. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
