Summary: This position will support a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations, engagement, compliance, and offboarding This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, helping ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently, employee questions are addressed promptly and professionally, and HR processes run efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will help coordinate recruiting activities, maintain accurate HR records, support benefits and compensation administration, and assist with training and performance processes. You will also support employee relations efforts, including documentation, investigations support, and follow-up actions, while partnering with leadership to promote a respectful, inclusive and compliant workplace, The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to balance day-to-day support with continuous process improvement.
