GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will report to the Henry Ford Medical Group (HFMG) Medical Director of Health Advancement and Professional Excellence. The HFMG Office of Health Advancement and Professional Excellence serves as a strategic partner to multiple Henry Ford Health (HFH), academic, and community stakeholders through community outreach and engagement; workforce development initiatives such as RYSE MED and related pathway efforts that strengthen access, preparation, and long-term success in health professions careers; and targeted initiatives and capacity building that support excellence among physicians, researchers, and advanced practice practitioners. Through data-informed strategies, the office advances high-quality patient care by integrating research, education, and clinical practice while cultivating an inclusive professional environment that supports engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the HFH enterprise. Job Overview: Reporting to department physician leader(s) and administrator, responsible for facilitating project work by providing direction, leadership, and day-to-day management of department projects and initiatives. Must coordinate department projects, formulate needed enhancements for processes, and work with internal and external stakeholders to successfully meet established goals and deadlines.
