As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Martin, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents while supporting employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service. You will document observations, report concerns, and respond to routine situations with a calm, integrity-first approach, backed by a caring team that values agility, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in, issuing temporary badges as directed, and directing deliveries and drivers to approved locations.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate via radio and/or phone, and coordinate with site contacts regarding work orders such as lighting, doors, and other access-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
