As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide clear, respectful customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, financial institution site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with licensing requirements and post orders, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, duress alerts, and customer or employee concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as lobbies, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity summaries, and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
