You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and requests with clear communication and customer-focused service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements, while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, alarms, and calls for service, and reporting concerns to site leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, data and equipment areas, parking locations, and building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, entry and exit activity, and visitor flow, and help to verify credentials and/or authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate updates during post transitions, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and reporting facts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
