As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a busy location, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support daily operations. You will complete routine rounds, respond to alarms and/or concerns, document observations, and provide professional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or policy violations, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Complete required documentation such as activity logs, incident reports, and patrol records, and relay information to site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
