Inside Account Manager - Government Services

The primary purpose of the Inside Account Manager - Government Services is to build relationships with existing accounts, provide business and product solutions, obtain orders, and foster lasting customer relationships via interaction with customers.

Responsibilities:

* Subject matter expert on user interface and procedures used with the VA's Remote Order Entry System (ROES).
* Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience for our government channel customers
* Exercise discretion and independent judgment with regard to significant VA matters
* Main internal point of contact for government customers
* Develop deep relationships with customers through all mediums
* Closely coordinates and collaborates with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales managers
* Track daily activities for process improvement
* Increase Phonak market share within existing assigned data base through a consultative needs based support approach
* Respond to inbound calls, both direct and through a team queue, following up on all customer issues and opportunities
* Relationship building with channel KOLs

More about you:




  • Prior experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service





  • Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently





  • Detail orientated





  • Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner





  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting





  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills





  • Understanding of sales process and collaboration





  • Strong desire to provide superior customer service




A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $31 to $38 an hour. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
