As a Security Officer - Gate Entry Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will greet visitors, verify credentials, manage badges and keys, and support entry procedures that help to reduce unauthorized access. You will stay visible, conduct routine interior and exterior patrols, document activity, and communicate clearly with tenants and site leadership. This is a driving post. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, managing sign-in logs, and directing individuals to approved check-in locations.
• Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and electronic access control systems; document events and notify appropriate personnel per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, fire alarms, elevator issues, and/or disputes; complete detailed incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, common areas, loading docks, parking areas and perimeter routes; report hazards, maintenance concerns and/or suspicious activity to site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
