As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance. You will document activity, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and support smooth daily operations with strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting irregular conditions that may help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify credentials as required, and direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating clearly with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, access events, alarms, and incidents, and follow post orders for documentation and escalation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
