As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Tullahoma, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors through strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting using onsite tools. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to clinical staff, management, and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corridors, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, documenting observations and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations through established channels.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports and patrol logs, and assist with security-related interactions including wayfinding, de-escalation, and support during patient and visitor issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 6+ months of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs, preferred.
• Have CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
