As a Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to resident concerns with strong customer service and clear communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal protocols, post orders, and site-specific policies, and by supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points and community areas, verify authorization for entry when required, and document visitor and/or contractor activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and/or suspicious activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate promptly with on-site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and report maintenance hazards, lighting issues, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
