Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Project Manager in our North Mankato, MN facility. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring smooth order execution, coordinating crossdepartmental activities, and helping customers bring their projects to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and thrives when managing multiple moving pieces.

Your Shift:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

  • Onsite at MN-North Mankato-1750 Tower Blvd

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including internal Taylor Companies and external wholesale partners

  • Coordinate multiple project elements to meet customer requirements and expectations

  • Provide backup support to team members as needed

  • Respond to customer questions regarding orders, pricing, product availability, shipping, and program details, primarily via email

  • Process purchase orders accurately and on time, tracking progress through internal systems

  • Demonstrate product knowledge and clearly explain features and benefits

  • Update procedures, documentation, and guidelines as needed

  • Anticipate customer needs and communicate program timelines, shipping details, pricing, and project expectations

  • Resolve service issues professionally and efficiently

  • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Production, and Shipping to meet customer requirements

  • Establish and monitor critical dates, quotes, production timelines, inventory levels, and shipping options

You Must Have:

  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new and improved processes

  • Strong problemsolving skills and a detail-oriented mindset

  • Proactive, self-driven approach to achieving goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and alignment with company values

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)

  • Ability to learn and apply key production/manufacturing processes

  • Ability to stay focused under tight timelines and pressure

  • Strong multitasking ability with urgency, accuracy, and accountability

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Education in a related field

  • Previous experience is beneficial in any of the following:

  • Customer Service

  • Production/Manufacturing

  • Project Management or Account Coordination

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
