Description

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $29.00 per hour Depending on Experience.

Plus, a night differential of $1.25 per hour.



  • 4 Day Work Weeks: Monday - Thursday nights
  • $500 Signing Bonus (Paid at 60 days of employment)

Job Description:

Responsible for the daily order fulfillment of consolidated Coca-Cola and Odom Beer, Wine, and Spirits products, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. This role includes efficiently picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for delivery and pick-up. Maintains organized inventory, utilizes warehouse systems and equipment, and adheres to all safety and quality standards to support efficient and effective warehouse operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Accurately assemble customer orders and build pallets for delivery.
  • Read and follow pick sheets to select, palletize, and stage products.
  • Meet established productivity and accuracy standards (case picks per hour).
  • Handle products with care to ensure quality and prevent damage.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks daily.
  • Perform effectively in high density storage environments, including narrow aisles, vertical racking, optimized slotting, and space efficient layouts.
  • Safely operate advanced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers, clamp trucks, high capacity forklifts) safely and precisely; maintain certifications and participate in ongoing equipment training.
  • Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing equipment training.
  • Use warehouse systems, scanners, and software to manage workflow and inventory.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
  • Ensure proper product rotation to maintain freshness.
  • Inspect products to confirm quality standards are met.
  • Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Identify and resolve workflow, inventory, or equipment issues.
  • Adapt to new products, processes, and operational changes.
  • Support business growth, peak workloads, and special projects.
  • Work independently while meeting performance and safety expectations.
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
  • Must have or acquire forklift certification.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

  • This position requires regular and constant lifting/moving/pulling or pushing of 27-55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
  • Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Required that all individuals have complete visual ability to minimize personal and property damage.


Work Environment



  • This job will be performed at the Kapolei, Hawaii location.

  • Varying temperature levels as product may be located in a cooler or on the warehouse floor.
  • Occasionally works in high, precarious places, and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, occasionally high due to multiple forklift horns or outside related environmental noises.
