Dialysis Technician (Float)

• Deliver Life-Sustaining Care: Provide safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Patient Monitoring: Closely monitor patients before, during, and after their treatment.
• Technical Expertise: Set up, operate, and maintain critical dialysis equipment.
• Data Management: Accurately record vital signs and patient data.
• Empower & Educate: Educate patients on their treatment plans and overall kidney health.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the rest of our dedicated care team.

• Experience: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred.
• Education: Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent.
• Flexibility: Willingness to split time between Glen and Evanston, and work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Readiness: Comfort working around blood, needles, and medical equipment, with the physical ability to work long shifts on your feet.
• Preferred Qualifications: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or additional healthcare experience is a huge plus!
