Duties/Responsibilities: * Prepare reports and specifications, document site conditions, testing results, and non-compliance issues in daily technical logs. * Evaluate structural concrete and inspect rebar for placement, corrosion, and repair needs. * Observe concrete repairs and surface preparation in strict accordance with ICRI guidelines. Inspect the application of fluid-applied traffic waterproofing and protective coatings for concrete and steel. * Inspect complex envelope assemblies and building facades for thermal and moisture protection. Observe the integration of flashing and weatherproofing assemblies to prevent water infiltration. * Observe the construction and repair of multi-wythe masonry and veneer systems, ensuring structural and aesthetic integrity. * Communicate with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities. * Review contractor invoicing and prepare AIA pay application documents. Prepare, issue and execute change orders, and project close-out. * Manage field issues and changes with appropriate teams. Required Skills/Abilities: * Strong and proven project management, negotiation, and collaboration skills. * Ability to climb ladders, work from heights and/or from suspended scaffolds, and be proficient with personal fall arrest equipment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience: * Valid Driver's License required. * Three years or more of related experience required. * OSHA training preferred. * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred #ZR | |
