Hourly Pay Range: $52.97 - $84.75
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Center for Advanced Joint Replacement to support the Nurse Manager in the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of highquality, costeffective care for all patients and families served on this unit. This role shares 24hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operations in partnership with the Nurse Manager. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30bed inpatient surgical unit located at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware. The unit specializes in knee and hip replacement patients and serves as an elective surgical unit with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery. The unit also receives ENT and plastic surgery patients. Highlights
This is a fulltime position. Schedules may include 8hour or 10hour shifts with a combination of day, evening, and overnight hours based on departmental needs. Shift options may include:
