Mon-Fri Requirements
Requirements: * 6+ years: full-stack development experience * Hands-on experience: dotnet 8 or greater, Dotnet 8 Web API greater and C# * Frontend proficiency: ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9) + Razor Pages (Server-Rendered), Blazor Web App (.NET 8+), DevExpress, React, Angular, or Vue.js * Database experience: MS SQL Server or another similar relational database technology * Cloud expertise (in one of following): in Azure (preferred), Amazon or GCP * Strong experience : system architecture and API development skills * Hands-on experience: CI/CD and DevOps, Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design * Proven ability: lead teams or mentor developers Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in User Experience and User Interfaces. * Experience with large scale web applications * Experience with large scale mobile native and web applications * Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) upaith, Power Automate, automation using Azure Integration Services Description

Key responsibilities include: * Assist leadership and Senior team members with Architecture, develop, and optimize large-scale web applications. * Lead engineering teams in best practices, code quality, and system design. * Design and implement high-performance API's. * Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability through modern engineering principles. * Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, Project Managers, and stakeholders. * Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies.
