My client, a reputable healthcare company in Alpharetta, GA, is hiring for a hybrid Benefits Verification Specialist! Responsibilities: The Benefits Verification Specialist will support the billing and benefits operations team by ensuring accurate benefit information and providing general administrative support. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Verifying patient insurance benefits with accuracy and attention to detail * Answering inbound phone calls and assisting with basic inquiries * Supporting general administrative and operational tasks as needed * Running and reviewing reports to ensure upcoming billing is accurate prior to month-end * Conducting basic claims research to resolve discrepancies * Collaborating with the internal team to ensure a smooth and timely billing cycle Qualifications to Apply: * Prior experience in benefits verification, medical billing, or healthcare administration * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to handle timesensitive tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Availability to start immediately APPLY NOW!!!!
