Description and Requirements

The Intel Sales-Led Alliance Operations Manager is responsible for managing the governance, compliance, and operational execution of Intel-funded Sales-Led programs across North America. This role ensures that Sales-led activities align with Intel funding policies, branding standards, and documentation requirements while maintaining financial controls and operational discipline.

The position partners closely with internal teams, Intel stakeholders, and external event partners to support compliant execution and successful reimbursement of Sales-led initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Program Management & Governance

  • Manage the lifecycle of Intel-funded Sales-Led activities, including events, sponsorships, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Ensure proper activity classification and adherence to Intel funding requirements.
  • Oversee activity setup, tracking, and documentation within required systems.
  • Monitor compliance with program timelines and submission standards.

Proof of Execution & Documentation Oversight

  • Review and validate Proof of Execution (POE) documentation prior to submission.
  • Ensure compliance with Intel co-branding standards, logo usage, and attribution guidelines.
  • Confirm completeness and accuracy of required materials, including participant lists, presentation decks, signage, and sponsorship documentation.
  • Provide guidance to resolve documentation gaps and mitigate compliance risk.

Financial & Operational Control

  • Support oversight of Intel Sales-Led funding utilization.
  • Validate expense eligibility prior to reimbursement submission.
  • Track claim status and manage reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain structured documentation to support audit readiness.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Identify compliance risks that may impact funding eligibility.
  • Provide proactive guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with program policies.
  • Maintain organized tracking systems to ensure documentation integrity.
  • Promote consistent adherence to Intel funding and co-marketing standards.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a key operational contact for Intel Sales-Led programs within Lenovo.
  • Interface with Intel alliance representatives to clarify requirements and resolve operational matters.
  • Coordinate with external event organizers and sponsorship partners to ensure deliverables meet program standards.
  • Support collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry experience, with a bachelor's in business administration or related field.
  • 4+ yrs. experience managing co-marketing funds, MDF programs, or partner-funded initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial tracking, reporting).
  • Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on governance, accuracy, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sharing insights and data visualization tools
  • Python a plus
