Job Title: Marketing Coordinator I



Summary:



Reporting to The Efficiency Network's (TEN) Senior Vice President of Development, the Marketing Coordinator (Assistant) supports the Company's effort to produce graphics and infographics, compelling presentations and other marketing materials such as case studies, conference materials, and social media engagement. The Marketing Coordinator (Assistant) will work collaboratively with TEN's proposal, sales and technical teams to prepare material that is effective in demonstrating the Company's capabilities.



This is a part-time position, with the successful candidate working at least 30 hours per week. The successful candidate may work in a hybrid or remote work environment.



Location: Pittsburgh, PA



Job Duties and Responsibilities:



Direct and Social Marketing



  • Supports a broad array of marketing activities such as the development and execution of print materials, social media content, and event planning.
  • Maintains LinkedIn presence with bi-weekly industry relevant, project specific, holiday, and company milestone posts.
  • Supports development of website pictures, project details, and blog materials.
  • Produces new marketing materials (1-pagers, brochures, collateral) as needed



Conferences, Events, Exhibits



  • Coordinates conference and event planning with sales team lead.
  • Creates high quality event publication materials including advertisements and branded materials, and coordinates with conference planners.
  • Creates/updates/prints conference specific case studies and materials
  • Maintains, packs, coordinates shipping for conference supplies including exhibit space furnishings and print materials.



Proposals and Presentations



  • Supports proposal coordinators with graphics and illustrations needed for proposals, interview presentations, and statements of qualifications.
  • Supports developers with direct selling campaigns, customized sales call presentations, and assists with internal company meeting presentations when required
  • Assists with proposal printing and shipping



Key Business Data



  • Maintains TEN's Project Reference library, including creating, updating and formatting, validating and correcting data, and customizing when needed to align with proposals under development by proposal coordinators
  • Maintains TEN's Case Study library, including creating, updating and formatting, validating and correcting data, and customizing when needed to align with proposals under development by proposal coordinators
  • Maintains the Company's organizational chart and employee resumes and customizes when needed to align with proposals under development by proposal coordinators.
  • Assists with collection and maintenance of data associated with competitive market activity



General Business and Operational Responsibilities



  • Attend and participate in trade show activities when required
  • Other duties as assigned.



Education and Experience Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience



Competencies:



  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure continuously managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines;
  • Occasional work required outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines;
  • Strong task management and organizational skills;
  • Strong editing, writing, proofreading and document formatting skills including a high level of design sensibility and use of graphics capability;
  • Exposure to graphic design and utilization of design software (Canva, InDesign);
  • Capable of applying generative AI (CoPilot,ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve work product;
  • Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
