Scope of Position This skilled Journeyman or Master Industrial Electrician will support production equipment and facility infrastructure. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems ranging from low-voltage controls up to 600 volts that support both building operations and manufacturing processes. Electricians in this role work closely with engineering teams to implement, install, and commission new equipment and production systems. The ideal candidate has strong industrial experience, prioritizes safety, and understands the importance of uptime in a production environment. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Germantown, WI. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots CNC based equipment and resolves electrical issues
- Troubleshoots and maintains PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Supports and troubleshoots FANUC robotics cells, including safety circuits and end-of-arm tooling.
- Diagnoses electrical issues on presses, CNC machines, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment
- Installs and maintains motors, VFDs, servos, encoders, and motor control systems
- Reads and interprets electrical schematics, ladder logic, one-lines, and machine documentation
- Installs, implements, and maintains facility and process power distribution systems
- Maintains and troubleshoots panelboards, MCCs, transformers, feeders, grounding, and bonding systems.
- Builds and installs control panels
- Supports electrical requirements for new equipment installations, line moves, and process changes
- Ensures all work complies with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Performs preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime
- Documents electrical repairs, upgrades, and system modifications
- Completes, Manages, Schedules, Preventative Maintenance (PM) program (Limble)
- Manages inventory of electrical supplies and contacts vendors as needed.
- Accountable for department metrics. (SQDCI)
- Supports new product development at maintenance level.
- Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with engineering teams to install, integrate, and commission new equipment and production lines
- Demonstrates proper use of department measuring instruments, gauges, and meters.
- Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Knowledge of mechanical & equipment processes
- Completes Industrial Lift Certifications
- Follow LOTO, arc-flash, and energized-work procedures
- Mentor apprentices
- Trains department employees
- Familiar with all department layouts within plant.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members across departments.
- Helps support other department functions as needed.
- Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman license (state-recognized; Wisconsin plus)
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage through 600 volts
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, maintenance, and production teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both power and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space, hot work, and elevated work safely
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. Respirators are required; therefore, successful completion of pulmonary function and fit tests are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Electrician license (state-recognized; Wisconsin plus)
- 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards
- Previous experience programming FANUC robots

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's location in Germantown, WI. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision and color vision
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
- Respirators are required; therefore, successful completion of pulmonary function and fit tests are required. Proper Respirator fit requires a clean shaven face.
