Mission

Is responsible for the operation of the production workstation to produce sufficiently and in high-quality within the deadlines and in compliance with safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Controls the automated or non-automated production system: contributes to the configuration of the data required for production and implements the control instructions determined by the plant/quarry manager

  • Ensures that production runs smoothly: monitors the quality and quantity of production in progress, sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery

  • Manages raw material procurement requests

  • Produces the elements necessary for reporting: production report, productivity and efficiency indicators, etc.

  • Reports malfunctions to maintenance teams

  • Complies with safety, hygiene, quality and environmental instructions: checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work

  • Can control the customer loading station: loads the product while respecting quality and quantity, packages, stores, and ships completed goods

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of experience
