Description
The Supervisor Corporate Receptionists supports the daily workflow, operation and performance of the Corporate Receptionist team. This team is responsible for consistently serving our customers by providing the "Human Touch" of answering every call and greeting campus guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. This role will be serving our customers along with the team, while providing additional support responsibilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage Receptionist team schedule and workflow o Verify and approve team timecards and manage PTO requests o Provide team performance management through continuous feedback and one on ones o Verify and communicate information to the team o Train all new team members * Manage training documentation * Support ongoing training needs for the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
o High School Degree or equivalent required
o Minimum 3 years receptionist/customer service desire Knowledge / Technical Requirements
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay range for this position is between$22.95-$28.77 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
