| Duties and Responsibilities |
- Reports to the Assistant Manager.
- Develops strong internal and external customer relations through frequent communication, as well as professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interactions.
- Assists faculty, staff, and student organizations with finding and booking meeting space on campus by processing reservations through the scheduling system, 25Live Pro.
- Builds detailed customer profiles and maintains accurate, organized, and up-to-date event data within appropriate software applications to ensure superior services, resulting in client satisfaction and increased revenues for sponsored events.
- Provides front-end event support, managing allocation of resources and coordination of logistics (ie., third-party vendors, campus partner involvement, etc). to ensure all details are disseminated swiftly and accurately to relevant departments.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required.
- Balances operational and administrative needs with those of colleagues and clients.
- Helps to assign daily tasks and/or long term projects for student workers in the absence of the Campus Reservations Manager, or as needed.
- Answers phone calls and responds to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety policies.
- Performs other duties as required.

| Minimum Education and/or Work Experience |
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of event and/or housing (hotel, hospitality industry) experience.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preffered.
- Minimum of three years event management/hospitality/scheduling experience, additional revenue management experience encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team and have the drive to succeed.
- Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on a variety of tasks.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations while simultaneously balancing upcoming deadlines with long-term project management in a timely and effective manner.
- Energetic, innovative, and self-motivated.
