From your PASSION to ours Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Compliance Manager based in Wausau, Wisconsin. As a Compliance Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to provides leadership and technical assistance to operations by managing food safety and compliance systems as well as by instilling regulatory awareness and commitment. They will perform fact-based assessments and audits on manufacturing systems. They ensure all records, procedures, packaging, and equipment are in compliance with all Federal, State, and other regulatory requirements. They assist in the development of new quality systems, internal regulation, and personnel management. Additionally, the Compliance Manager will collaborate with Government Inspectors, Quality team and cross-functional team members, .
