VDH Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst 3

Job Description:

Seeking Oracle and APEX developer to modernize financial system. Professional experience working with Web based applications using Oracle as a backend is required. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, Javascript/Jquery required.

Professional experience working with Web based applications using Oracle as the backend is required. In-depth knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/18c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming and Javascript or Jquery required. Experience in APEX and HTML is required. Strong background and work experience in developing true web applications are necessary.

Knowledge in software development and installation, change management, Git CI/CD pipeline and testing. Strong designing, development, and troubleshooting skills required. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously. Must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes.

Seven or more years of work experience is required in Oracle 11g/12c/18c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming. Experience in conducting feasibility studies; analyzing new requirements; preparing functional and system specifications for application programmers; developing data models and system designs; developing complex program codes; testing application and evaluating results for accuracy, timelines and integrative features; preparing documentation; implementing and supporting data processing systems is required.

Skills:

• Experience working with Web based applications using Oracle as the backend is required - Required - 7 Years
• Strong working experience with Oracle 11g/18c/19c database - Required - 7 Years
• Advance proficiency and Strong sql and pl/sql development experience including debugging - Required - 7 Years
• Development experience with Oracle APEX and using APEX UI customization and features for the rapid development and deliverables - Required - 4 Years
• Experience with SQL performance tuning, defining Entity relationship diagrams - Required - 4 Years
• Experience with Javascript/Jquery and HTML - Required - 3 Years
• Git CI/CD or similar version control systems - Desired - 2 Years
