Description

Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program

Pay rate: $20.50-$23.50/hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Receptionist is responsible for:



  • Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all tim
  • Handling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies
  • Answering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracy
  • Greeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requested
  • Receiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clients
  • Keeping lobby and desk area clean and presentable
  • Performing other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
  • Demonstrating honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility property
  • Arriving for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies
  • Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and completing duties in the allotted time
  • Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program's emergency preparedness plan, emergency and security procedures
  • Participating in all mandatory training and attends in-service training as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Must have a high school diploma and/or GED
  • Must have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience; hotel experience is highly desirable
  • Must possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills.
