Responsibilities The PSYOP Capability Developer supports the modernization, integration, and resourcing of Psychological Operations (PSYOP) capabilities across U.S. Army Special Operations Command. The role focuses on identifying operational capability gaps, developing requirements, and synchronizing doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions to enhance USASOC's ability to conduct influence and information operations in support of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO). The position requires close collaboration with operational PSYOP units, U.S. Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) enterprise stakeholders, joint and interagency partners, and the acquisition community to translate operational requirements into resourced programs, systems, and capabilities.
