Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Support pilotscale testing and analyze data to drive largescale process improvements.

  • Evaluate process performance and recommend enhancements based on data findings.

  • Assist in implementing new raw materials and optimizing material and energy usage.

  • Contribute to equipment design, costing, and feasibility for smallscale capital projects.

  • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and technicians across a multidisciplinary team.

  • Gain exposure to realworld process engineering applications within a biotech plant.

  • Support documentation, reporting, and communication of project results.

  • Participate in safetyfocused operations and uphold site compliance standards.

  • Engage in continuous learning to strengthen technical and engineering skillsets.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biological Systems Engineering.

  • Preferably at least a sophomore in an accredited undergraduate program.

  • Strong initiative and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Solid analytical and criticalthinking abilities.

  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to complete the full internship assignment.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous internship or lab experience in process engineering or manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools or engineering modeling software.

  • Demonstrated interest in biotechnology, fermentation, or industrial processes.
