As an External Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of the Bank's financial reporting. You'll support SEC and regulatory filings while gaining exposure to evolving accounting standards and industry requirements. This is a great opportunity to build technical expertise and grow within a collaborative finance team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in preparing SEC filings in compliance with GAAP, PCAOB, and regulatory requirements

  • Support regulatory reporting for agencies including OCC, FRB, FDIC, and FFIEC

  • Contribute to sustainability reporting and analysis aligned with required standards

  • Analyze financial data and support internal reporting for key stakeholders

  • Research and apply new accounting standards and regulatory guidance

  • Support month-end close by identifying and resolving general ledger variances

  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and reporting processes

  • Participate in special projects to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1+ years of accounting or finance experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services industry

  • Exposure to SEC or regulatory reporting

  • Experience with audit or internal controls

  • CPA certification
