Licensed Mental Health Professional

We are seeking experienced, licensed therapists to provide mental health services to children, adults, and diverse populations in Maryland. This contract position offers flexible part-time schedules, with services delivered via telehealth. Evening and Saturday availability is preferred. Therapists will play a key role in enhancing the functioning of consumers in their homes and communities through individualized, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy based on consumer needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with consumers and/or guardians
• Complete required documentation including progress notes, Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), discharge/transition summaries, billing summaries, and other required assessments in accordance with program policies and COMAR regulations
• Monitor consumer progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Participate in clinical supervision (individual or group) as required by program and licensing body
• Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and team consultations
• Communicate and coordinate with the ASO and other professionals to obtain service authorizations and ensure continuity of care
• Document communication and collaboration with other agencies, case managers, physicians, or probation officers to provide effective treatment
• Comply with court orders, subpoenas, and provide court updates as required
• Conduct Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments as assigned
• Continuously assess consumer needs, appropriateness of services, and service availability
• Other duties as assigned to support program compliance and consumer outcomes
