Position summary: Metropolitan Commercial Bank's Lending Group is seeking a Loan Closing Specialist to assist in closing loans for a growing commercial loan portfolio. This role will assist with the loan closing process and management of the loan portfolio. The portfolio is comprised of a wide variety of property types including multifamily, nursing facilities, retail, office, hotel, and construction. Qualifications & Skills:
Potential Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
