The Spirit of the Position: The National Director of Maintenance, Transportation supports the daytoday execution of LAZ Transportation's maintenance operations across regions, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of maintenance services. Reporting to the National Senior Director of Maintenance, this role partners closely with regional teams to drive operational excellence, manage vendor and shop relationships (both LAZ and third-party), and support high volume, time sensitive maintenance workflows. Serving as the VMS system administrator and a key operational leader, the Director of Maintenance helps translate maintenance strategy into action while upholding the highest standards of safety, service quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
