About the Role

Adobe is transforming enterprise content supply chain with intelligent Brand solutions that transforms how enterprises create, govern, and scale content. At the core of this transformation is Brands, a first-of-its-kind AI system that codifies brand identity into machine-readable ontologies and ensures brand fidelity and performance across all creative outputs.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to partner closely with large enterprise Brands to drive the adoption of Brands AI within their workflows. This role focuses on enabling organizations to scale creative asset production using AI, while ensuring brand consistency, integrity, and governance are maintained.

This role is ideal for an individual passionate about AI, design systems, and enterprise marketing workflows, with a strong ability to lead customer engagements.

The position involves identifying and documenting business use cases, aligning them with Adobe Brand solutions, and accelerating time to measurable value.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on product manager and customer-focused leader with experience in business consulting, digital strategy, agile software development, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-like environments, with a proven ability to scale products from prototype to production, translate innovative research into real-world applications, and take ownership of both product and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Align on Business Outcomes
    Define and articulate high-impact business needsby aligning Brand AI capabilities to enterprise priorities such as speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.

  • Identify and Prioritize Use Cases
    Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, creative, legal, brand, IT) to identify and prioritize high-value use cases that deliver measurable impact.

  • Integrate into Existing Workflows
    Drive the integration of Brand AI into existing creative and marketing workflows, tools, and governance processes to enable seamless adoption.

  • Lead Change Management
    Lead organizational change efforts by addressing concerns around AI, building trust through clear communication, and establishing responsible AI guardrails.

  • Partner with Technical Teams for Deployment
    Collaborate with engineering, solution architecture, and data teams to translate use needs into technical requirements and ensure successful deployment.

  • Deliver Early Wins and Proof Points
    Develop and implement pilots and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate quick wins, build momentum, and secure executive consensus.

  • Measure and Communicate Value
    Act as the voice of the customer, defining success metrics and regularly tracking and communicating business outcomes and progress to customers.

  • Scale Adoption Across the Organization
    Expand successful implementations across business units, geographies, and use cases by establishing standards and repeatable frameworks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management or business consulting within branding, design, or marketing technology domains

  • A strong customer-first attitude, with a demonstrated ability to embed customer-centric thinking across teams and partner ecosystems

  • Ability to operate at the intersection of business, strategy, design, and technology, bringing a comprehensive and human-centered approach to problem-solving

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in terms of business value to executive audiences

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience measuring and articulating the business impact of investments

  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, influence executives, and build alignment across diverse teams

  • Experience translating complex AI/ML concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences and driving adoption including championing change management

  • Deep understanding of creative processes and marketing operations, including collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

  • High emotional intelligence combined with data-driven decision-making, employing both relationships and insights to drive outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or engineering.

  • Background in creative tools, user experience building, or digital marketing systems.

  • Experience with executive communication and consensus building.

  • Experience with ontology design, knowledge graphs, or brand systems.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
