Job Description Job Title: Office Support Manager Reports To: Division Manager
Job Summary: The Office Support Manager is responsible for the daily functions of the division as well as managing division support staff. The Office Support Manager is also responsible for division process analysis, flow development and improvement. General Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Office Support Manager will analyze and research files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports and tracking material. The OSM will also establish and maintain job books/files The Office Support Manager will manage division support staff. The Office Support Manager will drive proactive approach and reporting related to: billing, procurement, job openings/contracts and document control. The Office Support Manager is responsible for division process analysis and improvement. The Office Support Manager is responsible for division process flow development. The Office Support Manager will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals through creativity and flexibility. Other responsibilities as assigned. Min USD $20.00/Yr. Max USD $25.00/Yr. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements: Will operate as a team member of the Division Will have strong verbal and written communication skills Will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Will lead by positive example on policy, quality, safety, employee, ethical, and customer satisfaction attitude Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to grow professionally Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s) Regular attendance is mandatory Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree in a clerical field preferred. Must possess a minimum of five (5) years' supervisory experience in an office environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.)
