Sales Associates

Job Title: Sales Associate for Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the area around it, to build and maintain accounts.

Responsibilities:

Sales Presentation: Present and promote our fresh-cut produce and services to both potential and existing customers.

Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers to expand our client base effectively.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets within specified deadlines to drive revenue and margin growth.

Customer Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and services.

Material Distribution: Distribute sales materials and product information to prospective and current clients to enhance product visibility.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales experience. (But willing to train the right person)

Attitude: A get-it-done and want to prove themselves.

CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools to manage customer relationships effectively.

Relationship Building: Strong ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.

Industry Experience: Experience in corporate sales is required. Food experience is preferred

Existing Network: A solid book of business targeting high-volume customers, with no non-compete restrictions.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2- or 4-year degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills/Certification Requirements:

A valid WI or IL Class D Driver's License is required.
