Brookfield-based landscaping company is looking to add dependable team members to support both residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and general landscape maintenance. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a reasonably clean driving record are required, as operating a company vehicle may be part of the role.

Entry-level candidates with basic lawn mowing experience can expect to earn $18-$20/hour. For experienced landscapers with 3+ years in the field, the company offers $22-$26/hour. Skilled candidates should be comfortable handling planting, shrubs, and trees, installing landscaping features such as mulch and sod, and operating and maintaining equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Able to train and supervise a small crew.

This role may require occasional weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) depending on project needs.
