The Business Development & Marketing Specialist will support the execution of business development and marketing events, initiatives, projects, and processes that support all attorneys within the firm's Northern California offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Sacramento. This individual will have strong event and project management skills needed to manage and deliver regional programs, activities, and processes that support the business development and marketing strategies of the offices. This position will work closely with the Business Development Executive to stay versed on emerging legal and market trends in the region, assist with lead opportunities and tracking ROI, and help position the firm for increased revenue and profile raising opportunities. The role will include managing the logistics of regional events and programs, including invitations, mailing lists, calendar coordination, event materials, follow-up communications, and related tracking. The Specialist will also support pitches and proposals, maintain and update Northern California and TPG capabilities content, and assist with lead and opportunity tracking via the firm's CRM. Responsibilities
Execute the delivery of innovative, distinctive, and integrated business development and marketing programs, including client events, targeted seminar programs, client-facing material production, and digital and social media initiatives, with a strong focus on managing event logistics and related project coordination.
Qualifications

The actual offered amount will be between the range minimum and midpoint based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
