JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for managing support functions essential to the tele-sales team's productivity. These include developing and implementing sales strategy, planning, reporting, quota management, profitability, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales programs implementation, sales compensation administration, and recruiting and training sales force talent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading a team of telephone sales professionals
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
- Responsible for achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
- Accountable for profit and loss within budgeted expectations
- Delivering sales by developing relationships with KOL's and Key Accounts
- Responsible for increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development
- Clearly articulating sales guidance to the team and developing KPIs to measure the team's performance
- Assessing, coaching, and developing employees
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for the organization
- Providing direction to Direct Reports
- Reporting and presenting monthly KPI performances for team
- Ability to use analytics to guide sales team to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and guide use of sales tools including spreadsheet analysis and company CRM
- Tradeshow and Conference Travel as the business requires
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Experience with direct selling and/or managing a sales team in a growth environment.
- Proven ability to take market share at the rep and/or management level.
- Microsoft Xcel and CRM working knowledge preferred.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $99,622-$155,660 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for commission, not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
