Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content development, and help ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content
• Support research on competitors, market trends, and client needs
• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and performance tracking spreadsheets
• Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns and events
• Help prepare marketing presentations and reports
• Update website and social media content
• Provide general administrative support for day-to-day marketing operations

Who You Are

• A strong communicator with solid written and verbal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience with design or content tools is a plus
• Interested in marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing or a related field preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in marketing or relevant internships

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets
