Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Underwriter! About the Role You will underwrite new business accounts for Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity between 100 and 1500 lives with emphasis between 100 and 250 lives. Collaborate with other business partners on cross sale opportunities to promote synergies within the portfolio of products in the Benefits Division. Contribute to the achievement of Symetra's sales, profitability, persistency and growth goals by applying training and demonstrating a baseline level of proficiency in risk evaluation and pricing. Compensation Salary Range:$49,600 - $82,700 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
