Overview This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity that can be based out of Mount Laurel, NJ or our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA. Key enterprise leader responsible for owning and guiding agile teams to deliver transformative business outcomes. The Director shapes, leads, and scales agile business practices that accelerate delivery, enhance customer experience, and unlock revenue growth. In addition, this role drives the creation and execution of enterprise growth strategies across lines of business, ensuring alignment with the corporate vision and strategic priorities. Responsibilities
Partners with senior level leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable portfolios and OKRs, accelerates delivery through modern product and platform operating models and embeds agile governance that enhances speed, quality and risk control.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, accounting or related. (Required) Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business or equivalent. (Preferred) Experience15 or more years management banking, leadership role with strategic and business planning. (Required) 5 or more years strong financial acumen, portfolio governance experience and proficiency in OKRs, benefits realization and ROI analysis. (Required) 5 or more years experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. (Required) 3 or more years experience with Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives. (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Pay Transparency To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $184,300.00 - $307,100.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
