Overview TRC is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to support the delivery of digital platforms and client solutions for our Advanced Energy programs in the utility industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering IT projects from planning through release and maintenance. This role blends traditional project management with Agile product delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating client-facing initiatives while also facilitating Scrum-based development teams to deliver iterative improvements to internal technology platforms. You will work closely with Development, Operations, and Product Management teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, while providing exceptional service to external clients and positioning the Advanced Energy Technology team as a trusted implementation partner to internal stakeholders. You will support the transition from project-based delivery to product-oriented development by helping teams prioritize work, monitoring backlogs, managing budgets, resources, and risks, and delivering incremental value through regular software releases. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
