JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative support to faculty and students in assigned academic programs and departments at Saint Louis University's College of Arts and Sciences. This position is responsible for representing the University by communicating with internal and external constituents, planning events, initiating purchases, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining departmental records.
