The Senior Marketing Manager drives the development and execution of HCP-facing marketing campaigns. This role translates brand strategy into tactical, multi-channel marketing plans and serves as the primary creative steward for agency-produced materials. The Senior Marketing Manager reviews creative concepts and copy for on-brand quality and clinical accuracy, provides actionable feedback to agency partners, and ensures all deliverables meet the standards needed to reach and engage healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker who can move fluidly between high-level planning and hands-on execution, with a sharp eye for compelling creative and clear, persuasive copy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Translate brand strategy and marketing plans into tactical campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Review agency creative briefs to ensure that it clearly articulates the target audience, key messages, tone, and expected outcomes.
  • Review and evaluate agency-produced creative concepts, copy, and layouts for on-brand quality, clinical accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives. Provide clear, constructive feedback to strengthen final output.
  • Coordinate with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers to route promotional materials through compliance review, incorporating feedback and maintaining version control.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and analytics teams to define campaign KPIs, track performance, and optimize programs based on data and field feedback.
  • Supporting partnership with field sales leadership to develop and refine sales enablement tools, including rep-facing guides, leave-behinds, and conference materials.
  • Support congress and conference planning, including booth creative, speaker logistics, and on-site collateral production.
  • Contribute to the development of HCP messaging and positioning, working with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
  • Proven track record managing agency partners, including developing creative briefs and providing feedback that elevates the quality of creative and copy.
  • Strong eye for what makes effective on-brand creative and clear, compelling promotional copy. Able to distinguish between adequate and excellent work and articulate why.
  • Experience managing HCP marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, peer-to-peer).
  • Experience with MLR review processes and comfort navigating promotional compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across agency teams and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats or equivalent content management systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for internal presentations, campaign planning, and performance reporting.
