Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced education and learning expert to lead enterprise-wide initiatives in support of the end-to-end employee learning experience. Through analysis of current programming, understanding of industry best practices, and building of comprehensive and cohesive learning trajectories, the Associate Director will play an integral role in the employee learning life cycle through the development and leadership of programs designed to drive understanding of our business and deepen connection to our culture. These foundational and comprehensive learning programs include a reimagined first-year journey as well as ongoing learning programs aimed at critical areas of development. The AD will be expected to develop, execute, and measure efficacy of programming through individual performance and feedback and alignment with organizational goals for maximum impact. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and development, is an extraordinary communicator, is excited at taking the helm on major deliverables, and is adept at cross-functional collaboration. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on team collaboration, takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes, and is comfortable with quick pivots to meet changing organizational needs. Pay Range: $150,320 - $225,480Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
