Lead the planning, design, and construction of major healthcare projects that deliver complex capital facilities in support of Duke's healthcare mission. Be You. Provide effective leadership and management over assigned major healthcare construction projects. Responsible for guiding planning, design, and construction teams to deliver complex capital projects that support Duke's mission to provide top-tier healthcare services. Work Arrangement - On-site DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES Experience in healthcare facilities construction and/or project management preferred. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - Work general requires organizational, analytical and communication skills normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience - A minimum of fifteen (15) years of work in the Healthcare environment, including operational, administrative and project management of major capital projects. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Be Bold. Work Performed

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $89,877.00 to USD $179,754.00.
