Administrative Assistant (Onsite - Highest Priority)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a high-volumeprojectfocused on uploading PDFs and videos to a website. This role involves repetitive, structured work and is critical to ensuring content accuracy, proper metadata, and timely publishing. The ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive tasks, works quickly and accurately, and brings strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Upload large volumes of PDFs and videos to a web-based platform.
Apply and verify metadata, titles, and descriptions for accuracy.
Perform quality checks to ensure content is correctly formatted and live.
Follow established processes and workflows for content handling.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under deadlines.
Open to candidates from a variety of administrative or support backgrounds (including marketing or project support).
Work Setup & Schedule
Onsite inBeaverton, OR, Monday-Friday at 40hrs/wkis preferred (due to VPN and upload speeds).
Potential flexibility for1-2 days remote per weekfor the right candidate.
Target start date:around April 6th Payfor this W-2 role is $26 per hour.
