Summary Reports to the Assistant Director for Operations Training and is responsible for design, development, implementation, on-going training and facilitation, evaluation of staff development, management development, and other training initiatives. Collaborates with managerial and other essential personnel to conduct needs analyses, resolve issues, close performance gaps, and facilitate change. This position will provide ongoing development and support in areas such as training design/delivery and evaluation of training outcomes, coaching, team building, supervisory skills, and conflict resolution, as well as orient all new JHCP staff. The individual in this position may also design training based on Help Desk call trends, provide administrative support and training for the learning management system (LMS), serve as a resource to JHCP employees on effective usage of office electronic registration, scheduling, and electronic medical records (EMR) /electronic health record (EHR) applications, and serve as a general point of contact for JHCP's Help Desk with respect to questions concerning supported applications. Education and Work Experience Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Instructional Technology, Instructional Systems Design, or Experience in the following areas is a plus: Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., for content creation, simulations, assessments) Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) Experience producing or directing: Educational videos, podcasts, or audio learning series Familiarity with social learning strategies and platforms (e.g., online communities, social media-driven learning) Knowledge of UX/UI principles for learning experiences Comfort working in agile or fast-paced, tech-driven environments Work requires a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience, preferably in managed care Work requires three to five years of demonstrated training and development experience, including Salary Range: $31.53/hour - $52.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
